Cream together the cheddar, butter, salt, and cayenne.
Knead in the flour and then sesame seeds.
Form the dough into 4-5 long, thin rolls. Chill in wax paper.
Preheat the oven to 350.F. Working with one roll at a time, slice rolls into thin coins. and place on a baking sheet.
Bake until just beginning to take on color around the edges.
