French Yogurt Cake

Preheat oven to 350.F. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, rub together the sugar and zest until sugar is moist. Add remaining ingredients, whisking to blend.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Pour batter into pan, smoothing the top.

Bake until the top of the cake is golden brown.

Let cake cool in pan on a rack.
