A Korean side dish of radish, favored in fall and winter.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add radish along with soy sauce, salt, and garlic. Cook, stirring, until radish is softened and translucent.
Add 1/4 c. water, cover, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook until radish is the desired tenderness.
Add scallion, sesame oil, sesame seed, remove from heat, and serve.
