Parboil Beans

Parboil the beans in salted water. Drain.


Prepare Sauce
10 minutes

Heat the oil in a heavy pot over medium-low heat. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the onion until is soft

Add the garlic and tomato paste. Continue frying until garlic is very fragrant.
