A Lebanese vegetable dish. {Editor's note: Refine onion and tomato quantity to weight.}
Heat a pot over medium heat. Sauté the onions in oil until translucent.
Add the green beans and cook, stirring, until wilted.
Add garlic cloves, stirring to incorporate. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until beans are cooked, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the tomatoes, salt, and cayenne. Replace cover and continue simmering.
