Prepare Cabbage
1.

Blanch cabbage using salted water. Drain and squeeze out all excess water. Chop into 2" portions.


Marinate
2.

Combine cabbage and all remaining ingredients. Gently mix to thoroughly incorporate. Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
