A Korean salad similar in flavor to fresh Kimchi.
Combine the garlic, green onion, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, vinegar, gochugaru, and sesame oil. Mix to thoroughly combine and dissolve sugar.
Gently toss the lettuce in the sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Made with red leaf lettuce and only ~2tsp gochujang instead of gochugaru. This is very good and very quick. We will certainly be making this much more in the future.
Made again a few days ago, and again, delicious.
