A Swedish relish made with pickled cucumber, bell peppers, and spices. This relish was screated by the Swedish food company AB Felix, supposedly based on a Hungarian recipe, to use up end pieces left over from making pickled gherkins.
Combine the sugar, vinegar, salt, and mustard seed in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring to dissolve sugar.
Mix together the onion, peppers, and garlic. Transfer to a heat-proof storage container and pour brine over top.
Refrigerate for several days before use.
