A sweet Indian dish of pumpkin and nuts.
Heat ghee in a large pan. Fry nuts until slightly browned, then remove from pan and reserve.
Add pumpkin to the same pan and cook over medium until softened, stirring occasionally.
Add milk and continue cooking until fully absorbed.
Add sugar and continue cooking, stirring occasionally.
Add khoya and continue cooking, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cardamom along with reserved nuts. Serve hot.
