A cold ramen dish from Japan, popular during the hotter days of the year. This dish is typically served with a variety of other toppings, including shrimp, shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, tomato, ham, crab meat, radish sprouts, hot mustard, and pickled ginger.

Combine all ingredients except 1 Tbsp. of the sesame seeds and ramen in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.


2.

Cook and drain the noodles. Rinse in cold water to remove excess starch. Drain completely and divide noodles between plates.


3.

Pour the sauce over individual portions of noodle and serve, garnished with remaining sesame seeds.
