Combine 1 tsp. olive oil, salt, and broth in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.


2.

While broth is warming, toast the couscous in a non-stick pan with the remaining olive oil. Cook, stirring, until couscous is golden brown.


3.

Stir toasted couscous into boiling brown and remove from heat. Cover and let sit until couscous has completely absorbed the broth.


4.

Uncover and fluff couscous, incorporating garlic and green onion. Adjust salt as needed and serve.
