A quick, no-bake recipe for those who don't like mayonnaise.
Cook garlic in the butter over medium heat until fragrant, 1 minute. Add artichokes and cook briefly, 2 minutes.
Add spinach and salt; cook until spinach is wilted and most of the liquid has cooked off.
Add cream cheese and cook until melted. Add Parmesan and pepper; stir until melted. Adjust salt to taste.
Used 7 oz. canned feed artichoke hearts and 9 oz. steamed broccoli. Added 1/2 diced yellow onion. Used 8 oz. mozzarella and 8 oz. cream cheese. Good, but not delicious. Maybe add some nutmeg next time?
