Toast chopped nuts and coconut separately and set aside.
Mash bananas and combine with all ingredients except berries, nuts, and coconut, adding milk last.
Pour into a 9x13 pan and distribute berries evenly. Top with toasted nuts and coconuts.
Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes.
Updated the base recipe to: 5 bananas (from 4); and 1 cup nuts (from 1/2); 3/4 c. coconut (from 1/2).
Doubled the nuts (used half walnut, half almonds). The bananas I used were a bit on the small side, so the resulting bake is not sweet enough. Also, I added the fruit after the nuts, which looks nice but results in the loss of the crispy nut layer and worse distribution of fruit. Definitely add nuts after adding the fruit.
Added 1/4 red flax seed; used equal parts walnuts and almonds; used frozen blueberries.
