Boil the noodles until cooked.
Meanwhile, combine the garlic, ginger, peanut butter, and hot water in a large bowl. Once combined, stir in the soy sauces, fish sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and chile oil.
Toss the noodles with the sauce and serve.
Made with 200g dried ramen, 3 cloves garlic, Chinese soy sauce (with 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar), double lime juice, and no chile oil. This is very good, but the lime juice was a bit strong.
