Combine all ingredients in a pot, stirring to combine. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Simmer until daikon is tender, stirring occasionally.






Comments


Made with black pepper instead of white pepper, and an additional 1/2 tsp. sugar. Simple, but pretty good. A bit spicier than intended because of black pepper.
