Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir, gently mashing to crush some of the blueberries, until evenly mixed.

Made with canned corn, white onion, and strawberries instead of blueberries. The strawberries weren't particularly sweet, so I thought they would be a good substitute, but they really weren't flavorful enough to notice except for occasionally. Additionally, the softer texture of the strawberries resulted in them becoming increasingly soft and smashed as the salsa aged. I'd consider this 'fine', but would likely be better with either more or better strawberries.

Make
Used canned corn. As the salsa sits, it becomes a deeper purple color as the blueberries leach into the juice.
