1.

Transfer beans to a food processor and process with 1-2 Tbsp. cooking water until a fine paste is created.


2.

Transfer paste to a medium pot over medium-low heat. Add the sugar in two batches, stirring to dissolve completely between each.


3.

Cook until reduced, then add salt and continue reducing until thick. Let cool and store.
