Japanese Eggplant




Description

A long, slender, oblong variety of eggplant, typically 10-15 cm long with dark purple skin. Japanese eggplant can be differentiated from Chinese eggplant by color and size - Chinese eggplant is typically a lighter purple and slightly longer. Additionally, Japanese eggplants have a thinner skin than their Chinese counterparts.
