Description

A dried, hard sausage usually made from pork and pork fat. It is normally dried or smoked, sweetened, and seasoned with rose water, rice wine, and soy sauce. The sausages are use natural pork casings and are about 20cm long, the casing twisted between each sausage. This sausage has a distinct sweet flavor that complements other savory, fatty flavors.
