In Indian cuisine, chapati and roti refer to the same flatbread, but in other countries these two flatbreads are not the same.

Description

A large Indian flatbread often served alongside other dishes. Usually roti is made of atta flour, unleavened, and cooked on a tawa. All the bubbles and rise are a result of steam.
